It’s my passion to work with and support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
Growing up as a Middle Eastern person, I witnessed the stigma surrounding mental health. My mission as a therapist is to destigmatize seeking help. I find great joy in working with individuals from similar cultures or who have negative connotations associated with therapy.
I have had the privilege of working with children, teenagers, and adults, with various diagnoses, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, drugs and alcohol, relationship issues, and bipolar disorder. In my experience, the most challenging aspect is the initial step of seeking help. However, once you take that first step, you realize that you’re not alone in your struggles.
In addition to my regular therapy sessions, I also offer faith-based therapy and provide services in Arabic.
