Meet our Staff

Frieda M. Apostol

Being able to help others has always been at the heart of who I am. It’s what first led me to serve in the Armed Forces, and it continues to guide my passion for this work today. Supporting people through life’s challenges isn’t just my profession it’s my purpose.

No matter what you’re facing, going through, or feeling, you don’t have to face it alone. Life can bring unexpected struggles, overwhelming emotions, and life-changing events but there is always space for healing, growth, and hope.

My name is Frieda, and I’ve had the privilege of working with culturally diverse children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including outpatient care and partial hospitalization programs. My experience includes supporting individuals navigating suicidal ideation, anxiety, major depression, eating disorders, substance use, dual diagnoses, and post-traumatic stress.

I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. My approach is warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. As your therapist, I will walk alongside you offering guidance, support, and practical tools so that together, we can build the skills and confidence you need to grow into the best version of yourself.
