Bridjae Holston
I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker with a dual Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and Criminal Justice from Loma Linda University.
As a clinician, I take pride in meeting my clients where they are and creating a safe space for them to feel heard and understood. My goal is to assist clients in working through challenges and building the skills needed to navigate life’s difficulties—whether that includes depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, perinatal mental health, postpartum depression, or overall life adjustments and transitions.
I have a special interest in supporting new and expectant mothers as they navigate the emotional challenges that can arise during pregnancy and postpartum. I understand the unique pressures, identity shifts, and mental health concerns that can surface during this period, and I strive to provide compassionate, informed care to help mothers feel supported, validated, and empowered.
My therapeutic approach is holistic and strengths-based, as I believe it is important to understand each client as a whole person and the many aspects that shape their identity. I utilize evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy, to help clients build resilience and healthier coping strategies. I also emphasize an empathetic and culturally sensitive approach to ensure clients feel truly seen and understood.
I bring experience working with trauma, forensics, children, young adults, adults, and mothers in the perinatal period. I am committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and move toward lasting mental wellness.
